Throughout her nearly 20 years at Williams Sonoma, Inc, she has had the enriching experience of working on multiple brands including Williams Sonoma and Williams Sonoma Home, as well as launching West Elm and Pottery Barn teen. Prior to WSI, she began her career in the advertising world at McCann, followed by experiences at premium retailers DFS/LVMH, Restoration Hardware and Discovery Channel/The Nature Company.
Heidi’s experience includes a unique background as a content creator and storyteller for global lifestyle brands centered around the home, who can simultaneously lead teams and manage financial budgets. She is a grounded and proven leader, skilled in developing and motivating individuals and teams to exceed expectations. She is known for a strong ability to craft cross-functional partnerships among marketing, merchandising and creative teams.
